There are more ways you can do this now, even with version 4.0 or higher, you can either use bannerbomb, or the Brawl Custom Stage hack, which is like the twilight hack but when you load up the menu where you can create a stage, it loads it up.
id downloaded homebrew apps store placed it in my apps folder now I can download apps within my homebrew channel, now so I dont need too copy it from my pc to wii,
you have it blank cuz you need to put programs in your apps folder
