Using Acer Aspire 3000, Windows XP SP3, Internet Explorer 8, AVG.
Did a Windows Update – selected Express installation – 20 updates returned.
Went through download and installation – results window came back advising
updates not installed. Attempted to install a single update – same results –
not installed. No error message.
