  1. This phone is way better than my current g1 and any other android phone out on the market right now!(personally I think it’s better than the iPhone bit that might just be because I’m tired of the iPhone and android just works for mr)…p.s. This commercial should be on tv!

  2. your a waste of money. I’m actually going to use the zune HD because the features it had appealed to me.

  3. @JDaddyChicka The Nexus One is slightly faster in almost all categories, and overall looks like a great phone, but it has a few small things that need fixing. For instance, the home button seems to not work very well, and you need to tap it like 5 times to go home.

The iPhone seems really polished overall (3 years on the market, should be!), and it’s extremely user-friendly (my 80-year-old grandpa figured his out alone!) and it has the support of iTunes! Overall, both are great phones.

  5. wait is this coming to tmobile? if it is thn im getting this whn my contract expires……………………..ha.

  6. i have a G1 stil 🙁 but i was wonderin if the nexus one is betterr and if it has Multi-Touch like the iphone

  7. so is the iphone still better? lool

  8. i just got my nexus one

  9. @BioZer0 I’m curious. why exactly is android an epic fail?

  10. Nexus One Ftw.

  11. Haha. I guess iPhone wins even through it has crappy hardware spec cos there is crazy fanboys out there who just think they wins without really thinking much.

  12. Ya I know, huge fail with a faster processor, better camera, more ram, sharper video, bigger screen, more crisp and efficient display – WHAT A FAIL!!

  13. Andriod = EPIC FAIL.

Sorry Google, you guys are kinda cool — BUT — you should have really thought hard for this one.

I will keep my iPhone jailbroken/unlocked to get all the “freedom” I can get for now.

    BUT…seriously guys. Try Harder!

  14. @EyeFlyPlanes81
The only thing nexus has up on the droid is its incredible processor, and im sure 2.1 will come to droid (not that it matters cuz I have the 2.1 rom) Anyways there all great choices cuz theyr android!

  15. The Hives,

You need to get your facts correct. The droid is not the same. Your processor is 40% slower, you have a standard LCD not AMOLED, Its locked to Verizons network FOREVER, your droid has half the ram, and its running Android 2.0 NOT 2.1. The same? Not even close.

  16. this is the same exact thing as the droid

  17. 1) any Android phone can do wat nexus can do
    2) it is way slower, i mean download youtube vid less than a second?
    3) i own Droid which is completely same, and it is nothing compared to an iphone.

  18. Yeaa it is better than just a few months something better going to come out so either way it is useless saying the phone is so awesome. Like what happens Apple makes an 4G Iphone that has a faster processer. 0_0 just saying

  19. Check the date. That was in July. I’m fairly certain they would have fixed that exploit by now! And when I said they couldn’t do it, I mean that the probability of them getting it to work effectively on thousands of iPhones, or even a hundred, is so very remote that it’s not even worth mentioning nor exploiting, otherwise it would have been all over the news and would be a hot topic in the electronics world!

  20. And secondly. I HAVE AN IPHONE!! And so does my wife! Unlocked and jailbroken. I have had the 1st gen & 3g all running on Tmobile from day one since its been possible to do so. And I work for Tmobile where I have Android Devices to play with all day long.

Im a bit tired of the same stale look, and how you have to befriend apple by installing cydia to get any type of personalization on this thing.

Frankly there has been NOTHING that has even captured my attention to switch, Until now.

  21. This is way better that the iphone

  22. Chris your wrong on 2 accounts, here is a quote from Gizmodo

“Apparently, there’s a security flaw on the iPhone that allows it to be hijacked via SMS. And when, hijacked, your phone can then hijack all other iPhones in your contacts list. I think you see where this is going.

The flaw involves invisible SMS bursts that allow hackers to gain total control over your phone.

It happens if you get a text containing only a single square character, and you need to turn your phone off. Fast.”

  23. well, I know what I’ll be getting when my contract expires! lol

  24. this looks cool

  25. No, not fanboy, it’s called being objective. Do I think Apple’s perfect? No. I sometimes disagree with them being so secretive about their products’ hardware and software. However, it’s protected their users for the most part from viruses and the like. I have my own problems with my iPod touch that has made me question whether i’ll ever get an iPhone. But I do know innovation when I see it, and this is not it, whether you like to hear it or not.
