Every time my client opens a message in Windows Mail there are 3 tabs at the
bottom of the message: edit, source and preview.

Also when she receives an email with attachments it shows twice in her
inbox. One will open normally, the other opens without the senders name and
with the attachments as unassociated files.
Are these 2 events connected?
How can I turn off the tabs at the base of the email?
