I am unable to open my windows media player 11, this has onlt happened over
the past week. When I click on it, it opens then a message comes up saying
Windows Media Player has encounted a problem and needs to close, we are sorry
for the inconveniance. The it closes.

I don’t want to re install it because I will loose all my music, can anyone
