In the left column where the folders are listed is it possible to have
"contacts" listed there as well like in Outlook Express?

Also, every time I use the contacts button on the tool bar and select a
contact and send the email, after it’s finished it always says "windows
contacts is shutting down and will reopen when a solution to the problem is
found". What’s that about?
