I have been a user of Outlook Express for many years, with my address

download my messages. I reconfigured OE as the microsoft web page suggests,
but get error 0x800ccc90 … server timed out, password not valid.

i have just installed Windows Live Mail and still can’t download my
messages into it, still the same error.
So no access to my emails. I am able to send messages now at least.
How do I get my messages downloaded?
