To-Do First combines a simple to-do list with a NEW unique intelligent prioritizing feature to take the hassle out of figuring out what to do. No other to-do lists in the App Store make an intelligent calculation of which task is the most crucial to get done that day.
To-Do First automatically generates a priority rank out of 100 for each to-do using an algorithm based on profitability, pleasure, importance and urgency.
To-Do First also features a unique “Auto Urgency Mode” that automatically adjusts the urgency of a to-do each day based on the start date, current date and due date. “Auto Urgency Mode” features three “Auto Urgency Models” to determine how a to-do’s urgency will increase between the start and due date. The three “Auto Urgency Models” are fast rise, average rise and late rise. Alternately, you can choose to set the urgency of a to-do manually.
To-Do First can display a list of work to-do’s, personal to-do’s, or work and personal to-do’s combined. To-do’s within these lists may be ordered by either priority rank or due date.
