Someone tell me what I am doing wrong?!

Such MailTo links will invoke your default Mail Client (i.e., Windows Mail).

If you install the most recent version of Yahoo Toolbar, it includes an
option to make Yahoo Mail the default. See

Unless you’re Yahoo Plus subscriber or your Yahoo account is associated with
your ISP (e.g., ATT), you won’t be able to access your
account in Windows Mail.
