YES, IT WAS REPLACED & IS EMPTY. I have a 14 MB file there: C:\Documents
and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows
Live Contacts\{17eba707-2a3f-49a9-b775-7335237cea43} but it is empty.

It wasn’t *really* EMPTY. Sorry.
I had "Show hidden files and folders" CHECKED but did not have "Hide
protected operating system files" UNCHECKED, so now I unchecked it and the
14 MB of files are shown. But then I RECHECKED "Hide protected operating
system files" — just to be SAFE so that I hopefully won’t goof up and
delete something I shouldn’t. Am I thinking right there?
