Hi all. New member here. I help my mom with her computer because she has
to use Windows for her job, but I’m more of a mac user. We’ve had the
same Wi-Fi network for several months and up until now it’s been working
fine. But yesterday, her computer started saying "Unidentified Network"
and it won’t work on ours. She can’t connect to the internet. It works
fine on my MacBiook, so I’m wondering what the problem is.
