Moving tool bars in ie8

Many third-party toolbars (include Google Toolbar) have their own, very
stubborn idea of where they should be located. If you’ve got multiple
toolbars of this ilk, you’ve got a real mess on your hands.

Tip: Select one third-party toolbar that you simply cannot /live/ without
then uninstall all others.
