IE7 & IE8 Switching Tab is not Re-drawing Smart Client (Winform)

Environment:
Operating System : Windows XP

We are having Smart Client Application (.Net 1.1) which is working in IE6
without any issues. After we started using the IE7 and IE8 (with more than
one Tab) are facing the issues in our application.

Steps followed to simulate the Issue:

1) Opened our smart client application in Internet Explorer 7 or 8 where
multiple tabs are open already/ after.

2) (After loaded application Properly) Switch the tab to other and back to
our smart client application.

3) Our Smart Client Application is not re-drawing/ reloading the
WinUserControl part of portion properly which displays (white) blank WEB page.

Kindly help on this
