We are currently in a planning process to migrate our Windows File Servers
to a NetApp solution.
We have a number of home shares (3) that our users utilized, what would be
the best solution in modifying their home share to point to it’s new
location?
I believe consolidating all 3 home shares into one and just modifying their
Home Folder to one location would be the easiest.
If I use RichCopy or Robocopy, it would retain their NTFS permission, so
that wouldn’t be a problem.
Thoughts?
