Batman: Arkham Asylum won the best game award at the Bafta Video Game awards ceremony last night.
Developed by Rocksteady studios, the game claimed the top prize in a year which saw Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 become the biggest product launch of all time.

Modern Warfare 2 meanwhile unsurprisingly took the public-voted GAME award.
At the end of the evening, Nintendo legend, Shigeru Miyamoto, was presented with a Bafta fellowship. He did after all give the world Donkey Kong, oh and some plumber called Mario too.
