I’d be so so grateful for someone to help me here. I have the latest edition of WLM and Im looking to be able to send a "offer remote assistance" request to my parents but I cant do this! I have to ask them to request it from me – theres no link for me to initiate help.
Can anyone confirm if this is right – or am I just being dumb?! I’ve seen some comments that this functionality has been removed? If that is correct, its the dumbest moved I heard…
