IE8 instantly quits after Software Distribution Service 3.0 Installed. I
could start IE only without Ad-ons (Programs, Accessories, System Tools, IE
NO Add-ons). I had to System restore 2x to before Service 3.0.

Is there any solution to it? I am on Auto Update and this reoccurring
problem.
