WindowsMail keeps trying to compress the messages but cannot. I keep getting
the "other ap using the application" or something similar. How do I
compact the messages? Nothing else was using the mail program.

It was suggested on another forum to ask the question here.
Someone suggested File/Workoffline but that didn’t bring up the compress
files window.
