Google Wave is an online tool for real-time communication and collaboration. A wave can be both a conversation and a document where people can discuss and work together using richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.
Google Wave is in limited preview mode and many users are still waiting for invitations but that doesn’t restrict developers in creating applications and tools for Google Wave. One such example is first Google Wave Desktop Client Waver which is an Adobe AIR Application.
Waver is in beta mode and provides only basic functionality like view a list of waves, reply to waves, create a new wave and manage wave contacts.
