Andro 1, which runs on Android 1.5, was launched in South Korea yesterday and is expected here, Europe and in the US towards the end of April.

Adopting a 3-inch HVGA full touch screen with 320*480 resolution, the Andro-1 features a full qwerty keyboard, GPS and HSDPA/HSUPA. There’s also a 5M camera, an external memory slot expandable up to 32GB, Bluetooth, mp3 player and a 1,500mAh battery pack.
The company believe the handset will be particularly attractive for those who haven’t used a smartphone before.
