Little tech has been making a big impression as Pico Projectors display their strengths for the future at CES 2010.
One such Pico Projector that has been demonstrating its talents is the SHOWWX Laser Pico Projector from Microvision which left CES with an award following an online vote for the best gadget on show.

Microvision’s take on the Pico Projector provides a high-quality, wide-screen image on any surface despite only being about the size of a deck of cards. With connectivity options for mobile phones, portable media players or computers, the SHOWWX is the epitome of portable, pocket projection.
The heights of these Pico Projectors are still on the horizon however as plans to place such projectors into other portably devices such as digital cameras, laptops and most importantly, mobile phones are all scheduled to hit stores next year, once again re-writing how we store and share our digital content.
On this future for Pico Projectors Microvision’s director of communications, Matt Nichols, said: “My feeling is that ultimately the phone is the largest opportunity," adding: "We believe that in a five-year forecast, your phones will all have projectors," Nichols told Reuters.
Due to go on sale later this year, Microvision’s SHOWWX pico projector is set to cost around £320.
