In OE I had many "local folders" to organize my messages from 3 different
accounts: 2 POP3 (ISP), 1 hotmail. Some of my storage folders included
messages from only one account, others were mixed.
After migrating to WLM I found that all the folders are there, under
"storage" and the tree structure of the folders is there, but while some
folders have all the messages they had in OE, others have only a few… What
happened to those messages???
Here is an example of part of my storage folders structure and how many
messages WLM brought from OE. (I have added some as I have used WLM for a few
days, but I have not deleted any)
Structure OE WLM Messages from:
Folder1 99 66 Hotmail
-Subfolder 13 4 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder1 19 17 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder2 97 6 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder3 68 9 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder4 5 0 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder5 62 2 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder6 1 0 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder7 45 1 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder8 26 1 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder9 42 1 Hotmail
–Subsubfolder10 67 2 Hotmail
Folder2 26 28 Mixed
-Subfolder1 285 8 Hotmail
-Subfolder2 1086 1087 ISP
-Subfolder3 11 1 Hotmail
-Subfolder4 33 1 Hotmail
-Subfolder5 7 2 Hotmail
-Subfolder6 1163 1175 ISP
-Subfolder7 154 10 Hotmail
-Subfolder8 107 9 Hotmail
-Subfolder9 39 39 ISP
-Subfolder10 4095 4100 ISP
-Subfolder1 6733 6971 ISP
Folder 3 1050 1023 ISP
Were these messages deleted because they came from Hotmail (the losses are
found in folders that had Hotmail messages although not all messages were
ommitted/deleted?
Where are these lost messages?
Thank you for any insight you can provide
