I just installed ie8 the other day and now when I click Tools > Internet
Options the screen flickers and I can’t get to the internet options to change
security or anything. I tried right clicking on ie on the desktop and when I
click properties it does nothing. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall. I
need to assure my security settings are where I want them. (it does the same
thing when i start ie with no add-ons)
