Audio problem with Windows Media Player

Barb thanks for your reply, I remember you helping me once before with a
problem. I did everything you suggested but still have no audio with tv or
with play back of recorded video on Window Media Center, but I have audio
when I used Windows Media Player and watch video recorded with Windows Media
Center .

I went back as far as I could with restore but I am not sure it’s a point
where I had audio. I do not recall any recent installations or changes which
would have caused the problem. Thanks for making me aware there is a group
for Windows Media Player. I have not visited the links you listed I will
check them out as time permits. Thanks again for your help and I would like
to hear from anyone who has experienced a similar problem, especially if
they have found a solution.

Please post your reply to the dedicated newsgroup for Media Center
microsoft.public.windows.mediacenter

First, can you try a system restore to a point where sound was
working properly?

Did you install any new programs? Were there driver updates that you
installed?
